Founded in 1998, PCI Performance Management is a consulting firm exclusively servicing community banks. Our goal is to help position community banks for the changing future.


With the rapid escalation of competition from traditional and non-traditional sources, it is imperative that community banks develop a solid operational foundation and improve efficiency through effective utilization of staff while limiting risk by assuring that proper procedures and controls are in place.

With over thirty years of experience in all phases of bank operations in a variety of sizes of banks. 

Experience includes operations workflow, efficiency, strategic planning, staffing, and organizational issues.


Since 1998, Loren has worked as a consultant exclusively for community banks.

Senior Associate

Valerie's area of focus includes strategic planning, project and performance management, 360 reviews, executive and management coaching, and staff training. With an extensive background in project management, proposal writing, education, and public speaking.

Valerie is also a certified Everything DiSC assessment trainer and has used this tool specifically for navigating conflict, as well as onboarding and leadership development.

The primary role of Business Development Associates is to build sales by contacting and building relationships with new and existing clients. Business Development Associates conduct market research and explore new business opportunities. They partner with marketing, sales, and production. managers to create and implement business strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.


Operations Specialists' job duties vary, though their main responsibility is in analyzing the needs of the customer and determining how operations can be altered in order to best meet the clients' needs. Highlighted skills include working with clients to develop centralization strategies, core system use in operational efficiencies, workflow mapping, and developing platforms for long-term operational effectiveness.
