Valerie's area of focus includes strategic planning, project and performance management, 360 reviews, executive and management coaching, and staff training. With an extensive background in project management, proposal writing, education, and public speaking.
Valerie is also a certified Everything DiSC assessment trainer and has used this tool specifically for navigating conflict, as well as onboarding and leadership development.
